Social Media and Parents effect on HS sports


USA today reports on the effects of Social Media and Parents are having on HS sports and recruiting.

Parents have always complained about coaches regarding playing time, coaching and many other factors. The era of it's not my kid, it's every excuse in the book! Now with the use of social media, coaches are under more scrutiny. Gone are the days where parents are not involved in every aspect. Parents can use social media with one click to criticize the coach. Parents often make it only about their child instead of trusting the coach who is at practice everyday. USA Today provides an interesting view of the HS sports world.
